We had the studio suite which was immaculate and breathtaking. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware were a big plus. The hotel was in a great and unbeatable location, therefore close to all the attractions in the town:)))

We had room which had tea and coffee, and a lounge and was tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with electric blankets and down pillows. The location was excellent on a picturesque hill overlooking Queenstown and the staff here was welcoming and polite.

Both a hit and a miss
The nice views over the lake and mountains from the room were amazing! Daily treats like fresh muffins and chocolates added a good personal touch.
The uphill return to the lodge after exploring town can be exhausting, taking up to 30 minutes, a challenge for many travelers.

The room was clean and comfy, but the walk back uphill was a bit of a trek! The view, though, was worth it!

The views from my room were very nice.
The uphill walk to the lodge from town was exhausting, and I was disappointed by the misleading claims regarding cooking in the kitchen. The hot water system was inadequate, and the lack of proper facilities.

great views but a challenging walk
The room had an amazing view, made our mornings special. The location was convenient. Just a short walk to town, though the hill back can be strenuous. Enjoying a chat with another guest over the complimentary wine added a warm touch to our stay. The mountain view from the communal area was a sight to behold.
The uphill trek back to the lodge after a day out can feel exhausting.
